**All entries MUST be submitted by JUNE 15th at 11:59pm.** NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please read all information below before beginning registration.
MARKET LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS- Please see instructions below to submit Potential Auction Buyer information- Due June 15th!
 
ALL Exhibitors and all those affiliated with an exhibitor (family members, friends, assistants, project/club leaders, etc.) must read and abide by the terms as defined in the published rules and regulations established by the Waukesha County Fair, as well as the Waukesha County Fair Code of Ethics and the IAFE National Code of Show Ring Ethics.

Required processing fees must be added under Step 3: Additional Items.
Processing fees are required once per exhibitor, NOT per entry.
Livestock fees (except for horses/ponies) will be charged automatically.
Horse/Pony fees must be added under Step 3: Additional Items.
Tickets and passes can also be purchased under Additional Items.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS.

Select “Quick Group” to register multiple family members at once.
 
 
 Hello Waukesha County Fair Market Livestock Exhibitors!
  •  All Potential Buyer information is due to the Fair Office by Monday, June 15th.  
  •  Each exhibitor must submit a minimum of two new potential buyers.  
  •  To register a potential buyer, click the blue “Sign-In” button in the upper right-hand corner, then choose “I am a…BUYER
  •  Previously added buyers will appear in the drop-down menu.
  •  To add a new potential buyer, click the “I am a new buyer or not listed above” checkbox.
  •  Enter the potential buyer’s information, then click continue and submit.  
  •  If entering the name of a business, please include the complete and accurate business name.
  •  A password chosen by you will be required to ensure that only you can edit the buyer’s information.
  •  Sign out by clicking the blue “Hello…” button in the upper right-hand corner after registering each buyer to add another.
